Perhaps You're Facing These Challenges

You've achieved considerable success, yet your most important relationships feel increasingly strained. The strategies that work professionally don't seem to translate at home or with your business partner.

Here's what we know: accomplished people often find it extraordinarily difficult to acknowledge when their relationships aren't working. You're used to solving problems, to being competent, to getting things right. Admitting that your marriage is struggling, that your business partnership is fracturing, or that your family can barely be civil to each other can feel like failure.

It isn't failure. It's often a sign that something needs to change—that the structures and patterns that got you here won't necessarily serve you where you're going. Major life transitions—retirement, stepping up or stepping down from a role, children leaving home, selling a business—expose fault lines that may have been there for years.

Our work isn't about papering over cracks or forcing relationships back to how they were. It's about creating the space to understand what's actually happening, what you both need moving forward, and finding an outcome that honours everyone involved— whether that's reshaping the relationship, creating new agreements, or sometimes, separating with dignity and clarity.

The difficult truth is that waiting rarely helps. Patterns become more entrenched, options narrow, and what might be resolvable today becomes impossible in six months. If something has brought you to this page, that instinct deserves attention.

Why Two Practitioners Change Everything

Traditional couples therapy or mediation involves one practitioner trying to remain neutral whilst managing complex dynamics. It's difficult, and often one person feels unheard or believes the practitioner has taken sides.

The InAchord Method is different. Two highly experienced practitioners work alongside you throughout—whether you're a couple, co-founders, or a family. Each practitioner can focus deeply on understanding one person's perspective whilst the other maintains a broader view of the relationship system.

This creates several advantages you won't find elsewhere:

  • Genuinely balanced insight: Both perspectives are deeply heard and understood, not just managed. Neither person needs to worry about being perceived as “the problem” or fight to be understood.
  • Real-time reflection and intervention: When one practitioner is working directly with you, the other can observe patterns and dynamics in real time. In the residential format, we can address these insights immediately instead of waiting for the next weekly session.
  • Bespoke, sophisticated interventions: We can use techniques not possible with one practitioner. One may use hypnotherapy to shift an emotional pattern whilst the other coaches your partner in communication or decision-making. Insights are then brought together the same afternoon.
  • Safety and containment: Difficult emotions and complex conversations are safely held by two experienced professionals. This allows for honesty and depth that aren’t possible in unsupported conversations.
  • Depth without delay: When something significant emerges during the residential, both practitioners are there to work with it immediately. Breakthroughs occur in hours—not weeks.

The result is progress that is both faster and more sustainable than conventional approaches—delivered in a format that respects the real limits of your time, energy, and responsibilities.

A structured programme for lasting relational change

The InAchord Method is an immersive, three-phase process designed to create deep, lasting relational transformation through a dual-practitioner model that combines therapeutic insight, coaching, NLP, and hypnotherapy.

Phase One: Foundation

  • Initial video consultation · 90 minutes
  • A thorough conversation with both practitioners—this is the start of the work, not a sales call.
  • We explore what has brought you here, what you’ve tried, and what you're hoping to achieve.
  • You experience the dual-practitioner model directly.
  • We identify the patterns, dynamics, and challenges that will shape the residential programme.
  • We assess whether the InAchord Method is genuinely the right approach for your situation.

Phase Two: Transformation (The Residential Programme)

  • 2.5 days at a carefully selected private venue
  • Held at a discreet country house hotel with accommodation, meals, and privacy arranged for you.
  • Intensive work with both practitioners through individual and joint sessions.
  • Day One (arrival afternoon): settle in, establish focus, begin the core work.
  • Day Two (full day): a structured mix of individual hypnotherapy/NLP/coaching sessions and joint relational sessions.
  • Day Three (morning): integration, consolidation, and clear next steps before lunch.
  • Flexible, bespoke format—sessions adapt in real time to what emerges.
  • Deep therapeutic work blended with practical coaching on communication and decision-making.
  • Complete privacy, total confidentiality, and removal of all distractions.
  • Most clients achieve months of progress within these dedicated days.

Phase Three: Integration

  • Three months of follow-up support
  • Structured support to embed changes into daily life.
  • Written summaries of insights, agreements, and next steps.
  • Two scheduled video check-ins at six weeks and twelve weeks.
  • Email access to both practitioners for emerging challenges.
  • This is not ongoing therapy—it's targeted support to make progress sustainable.
  • Optional individual sessions available if deeper personal work becomes helpful.
